Everyone should have at least on main gig and a side hustle. That is, everyone should consider multiple streams of income and having at least one main job and at least one side job. Not only does this help with income, but it allows you to learn and grow as you work in different capacities. You learn much when you use your gifts, skills, education and schedule for the common good. It is also important to make sure that all the work you do is meaningful. You do not have to settle.
My main job is leading a non-profit Ministry called Preparing for Amazement Ministries. This is my full time job and this ministry seeks to build and revitalize the global church. We do this in three ways:
-Church and Leader health-helping churches and leaders be as healthy as possible.
-Church Revitalization networks-providing tools, connections and resources for US churches to revitalize.
-International Leader Training-brining training to developing areas where factors such as extreme poverty prevent them from getting ministry education and training.
I am thankful for the honor to lead this organization and make a difference in people and organizations around the world!
