Generational Understanding Seminars
There is a great divide between generations in many ways. We will explore the nature of generational differences, examine each of the generations in the world today and consider how to best understand and work with one another for the greater good. A great event for all, especially those who lead and manage others.

For the first time in the history of the world we have at least 6 generations seeking to coexist in business, education, government, religion and culture. As the world shifts more quickly and we live longer, this trend is set to continue. The differences between generations has always been a challenge, but it has become one of the greatest challenges to our health as communities and as a culture.
Each generation is different, has assets and liabilities and ultimately desires to make their mark on this world today. All generations need each other and can learn from, work with and leverage their strengths together. The greatest challenge we face with generations today is not competing values and interests, rather a lack of understanding of each other that would empower us to work together to impact our community for the better.
Join us as we laugh, think and begin a critical dialogue around generational understanding!
